About the Founder
Albert Chavez
With 19 years of experience in senior care, Albert Chavez brings a deep understanding of what it takes to create an exceptional living environment for older adults. His career began in municipal senior services, later expanding to luxury senior communities with Oakmont Senior Living and a statewide consulting agency, where he helped families and healthcare providers navigate care transitions.
Through years of hands-on experience and industry insight, Albert developed a vision: to create a Board and Care home that combines the warmth of residential living with the professionalism and excellence of high-end communities. Shoreline Care Home is the realization of that vision—a thoughtfully designed, well-managed home where residents receive personalized care in a peaceful, beautifully maintained setting.
